You can request to reset your AssetFundGateway password by following these instructions to confirm your identity:
Go to Menu (Top Right) > Settings (Top right) > Login & Security > Forgot Password. then send us email containing anwser to your secret question and We'll ask for the last 5 digits of your debit card. This can be any activated card you have across your AssetFundGateway accounts.

AssetFundGateway is great for travel, you don't even need to let us know that you're going away! You can use your AssetFundGateway card in a whole load of countries – almost anywhere you see the Mastercard logo, in fact!

You should receive your card in 5 - 7 working days. If you haven’t received it after that period, please get in touch with Customer Service, available 24/7. Remember, you can add your digital card to Apple or Google Pay from the 'Card' section of the app, so you don't have to wait for the physical card to arrive to start spending.
